This website is operated by CA Aman Singhal (Arthsetu Advisors), a practising Chartered Accountant based in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting the consultation form, you agree to this policy.

• Consultation form: when you request a consultation, we collect your name, mobile number, and — if you provide them — your email, city, and the service you are interested in. We also note whether you opted in to be contacted on WhatsApp.
• Calculator inputs: none. Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The salary, income, investment or tax figures you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
• Basic usage analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are popular. This does not personally identify you.

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about the service you requested.
• To provide the CA services you engage us for (filing, GST, registration, etc.).
• To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp (the last only if you opted in) regarding your request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Your form submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to us. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We retain your details only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request, after which they may be deleted.

We only share information where necessary to deliver a service you have requested (for example, filing a return with the relevant tax authority on your behalf), or where required by law. Trusted service providers who help us operate the site (such as our hosting and database providers) process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, email us at yourca.aman@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function (for example, to keep you signed in if you create an account). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
